Various Multimedia I

icon The Dreamcast independent software community is famous for the good emulators and homebrew games that it has produced, but the least known part of the scene is the many multimedia applications that are freely available. These applcations include picture and text viewers, audio and movie players, and everything inbetween. Animated Classics - Gullivers Travels

icon Fleischer Studios, later called Famous Studios after being acquired by Paramount, released Gulliver's Travels, one of the world's first cel-animated full length animated feature films in 1939, second only to Walt Disney's Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.

Animated Classics - Superman

icon Fleischer Studios, later called Famous Studios after being acquired by Paramount, produced seventeen Superman cartoons that were shown to Cinema audiences between 1941 and 1943. For those not acquainted with the history of entertainment, it was typical for movie theatres to show at least one short cartoon before the feature film, which has since been replaced with straight advertising. This was the original venue for the Superman cartoons, though they have appeared on television since then.

icon The Most Dangerous Game is a feature film released in 1932, it is an adaptation of the classic 1924 short story by Richard Connell.

Halloween Novelty (Movie) - House On Haunted Hill

icon House On Haunted Hill is a horror film released in 1959, directed by William Castle, starring horror movie legend Vincent Price, Elisha Cook, Carol Ohmart, and Alan Marshal.

Halloween Novelty (Movie) - Horror Hotel

icon Horror Hotel (aka The City Of The Dead) is a horror film released in 1960, directed by John Llewellyn Moxey, starring Hammer movie legend Christopher Lee and also Valentine Dyall.

Halloween Novelty (Movie) - Night Of The Living Dead

icon Night Of The Living Dead is a horror film released in 1968, directed by George A. Romero, starring Duane Jones and Judith O'Dea. The film is a low budget independent production which almost instantly became a cult classic, it created the 'zombie apocalypse' genre, and to date has spawned a number of sequels in the 'of the dead' series.

Halloween Novelty (Movie) - Deadtime Stories

icon Deadtime Stories (aka Freaky Fairytales) is a horror film released in 1986, starring Scott Valentine, Nicole Picard, Matt Mitler, and Cathryn de Prume.

Halloween Novelty (Movie) - Horror Express

icon Horror Express is a horror film released in 1973 and starring Hammer movie legends Christopher Lee and Peter Cushing, Telly Savalas also has a supporting role in the film.

Halloween Novelty (Movie) - The Little Shop Of Horrors

icon The Little Shop Of Horrors is a comedy horror film released in 1960, directed by Roger Corman, starring Jonathan Haze, Jackie Joseph, Mel Welles, and Dick Miller. Movie legend Jack Nicholson also has a supporting role in the production.
